Nora Acosta, M.Ed.
Nora Acosta is a real estate professional and educator based in Yuma, Arizona. She is a licensed REALTOR® in Arizona and brings hands-on residential real estate experience along with a strong educational background to her role as an instructor.
Nora has intentionally invested significant time in real estate education, earning professional designations and certifications while remaining committed to ongoing learning and professional development. She believes continued education is essential to providing ethical, informed guidance and to staying current in an ever-evolving real estate industry.
With a strong background in education and instructional support, Nora’s teaching style emphasizes clarity, confidence, and real-life application. As a bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish, she is dedicated to expanding access to real estate education and supporting diverse student communities.
John Endres
John Endres is a seasoned real estate professional based in Yuma, Arizona, with more than two decades of experience serving buyers and sellers in the local market. A respected REALTOR® with a strong background in leadership and service, John brings a wealth of real-world knowledge to every transaction and every classroom.
After a distinguished 31-year career in the U.S. Army, John transitioned his commitment to service into real estate, where he has built a reputation for integrity, market expertise, and mentorship. He holds advanced designations including Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and has been recognized locally for his contributions to the industry.
Teaching and mentoring are John’s true passions. As an instructor at TRA Academy, he is excited to help guide and educate new Realtors joining The Realty Agency, equipping them with practical skills, strong ethics, and the confidence needed to build successful careers. John believes that empowering the next generation of agents is one of the most meaningful ways to give back to the profession he loves.

I am a seasoned educator and active REALTOR® with over 20 years of combined experience in education and real estate practice. Raised in Yuma since grade school, I have built my career on service, leadership, and a deep commitment to the community I proudly call home.
With a Master’s in Educational Leadership and more than a decade of hands-on real estate experience, I bring current market insight, contract expertise, and proven instructional leadership to every class. My mission is not simply to help students pass the exam, but to equip them to build ethical, confident, and sustainable careers in real estate.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education in 2005 through the Arizona Western College–Northern Arizona University partnership and later completed my Master’s in Educational Leadership from Grand Canyon University in 2015. Over 11 years in education, I taught across grade levels, including adult learners, while leading grant-funded initiatives and serving in administrative and professional development roles.
